Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. Products are printed on demand with every order to reduce waste, which typically takes 4-5 days. Items are then shipped from the supplier closest to your region.

Sizes are true to size. If you are between sizes it is recommended to go up one size.

If you have an issue or a fault with your order please contact hello@chelseahart.com with your order number, item name, and a clear photograph of the issue and a refund will be processed wherever possible.

Refunds can be issued for quality control issues such as incorrect print, product defects, or faults. We cannot do exchanges but do offer full refunds for defective items.
